Our  luxury property is front line to the beach, with spectacular uninterrupted sea views - see Spain to the left and Morocco to the right...
  • The TOTALLY PRIVATE balcony is approximately 4 metres deep by 10 metres wide, facing the sea, affording you a great chilling out space, the views are wonderful, see ocean going liners pass by, whales or dolphins frolicking  in the sea nearby, plus gifting you wonderful sunsets and sunrises.  Being so close to the sea, it is uplifting, energising and allows you to sleep like a baby, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea....
  • From the back of the building it looks like a detached bungalow, it has no neighbours or buildings attached, either side, but has a property underneath, so is classed as an apartment, it also has the Majestic Rock of Gibraltar at the back of the property.  The government of Gibraltar have spent over 11 million pounds fitting groins into the sea, making the beach and sea in front of the property, as a lagoon which is tide cleaned; they have also placed wonderful golden sand on the beach, which is cleaned every day, so it has become the most idyllic spot in Gibraltar, the water is turquoise, clear and inviting and safe....
  • The property has an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen with granite work surfaces, plus two bedrooms and a bathroom, the lounge and main bedroom afford an inside outside look, with wood ceramic tiles flowing from the property onto the balcony, with massive glass sliding doors double glassed doors with shutters, allowing for the wonderful views to be seen, whilst laying in bed.   The property has sleeping arrangements for six adults, 2 people in each bedroom plus a sofa bed and a cot which sleeps a child up to two years old. 
  • All rooms have double glassed windows, concealed lighting with dimmer switches and the property has air conditioning .
  • The kitchen has integrated units which afford a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, multi function microwave, and extractor.  The property has access into the loft from the main bedroom and lounge for storage.
  • All furniture fixtures and fitting will stay, including all bed linen, and cooking items.
  • The property has been totally gutted over the past few years, even has had a new roof, which is insulated, new electric wiring and plumbing, plastering and windows.
  • The property has designated parking for at least two spaces.
  • The property situation is idyllic and peaceful, but if you want a more colourful life the other side of the island has everything on offer, from restaurants,  to bars, nightclubs, marinas, shops, supermarkets, casinos, history, opera, cinema, ice skating, whale and dolphin watching, boat trips  etc, plus Gibraltar has its own new airport.
